1How do tours work?
Search for a city, landmark, or neighborhood and AutoTour builds a self-guided audio walking tour around it. As you reach each stop, the narration plays automatically.
2Free tours and credits
New users get a few free tours. After that, generating a tour uses a credit. You can buy more credits anytime from Settings → Tour Balance → Buy more tours. Credits never expire and there's no subscription.
3I bought credits but don't see them
Open Settings → Tour Balance → Restore Purchases. This re-checks the App Store for any completed or interrupted purchases. If they still don't appear, email us with the date of purchase.
4Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
5Why does AutoTour ask for location?
Location lets AutoTour play the right narration when you arrive at each stop — including while your screen is locked during a tour. Your location stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings; tours still show their stops without it.
6Listening offline
You can have tours download for offline playback in Settings → Downloads, and clear cached audio there too. Cleared audio regenerates on your next tour.
